I notice everything. And by everything, I literally mean everything. I notice when someone stops hitting me up like they used to. I notice when the way someone talks to me starts changing. I notice the little things that people do, and the little things they used to do. I notice when things change, and when it’s no longer the same. I notice every single little detail. I just don’t say anything. I’m glad there’s someone out there like me. (Source: dinhtheresa, via heywareagle)

Things I Learned While In The Army While my time in the United States Army was shorter than I thought, I learned some important lessons while in the Army. 1. A person who will take a bullet for you is true friend. 2. Some people are just ignorant. Most of the time it’s not their fault, but a product of the environment. 3. There’s a pride in Selfless Service that civilians will never understand, & that makes me a little sad. 4. There is a HUGE difference between being a civilian & a solider. 5. Finally, morning people do not exist. They are like unicorns, magic, & the perfect guy, modern myths. What I will take away is to always take pride in everything that I do. To have conviction & stand behind every decision, & be ready for the good, bad & ugly from making that decision. If you are lucky enough to find things (or even better people) worth believe in defend it/them with your life & never EVER LET THEM GO. Most important, take pride in yourself. Therr’s only one you in the world remember that.

My Last Civilian Weekend… It’s very interesting that as I sit in reflection on the cusp of a life changing event what am doing and not doing for that matter. I could be doing a myriad of things that people have been know to do before they leave to the military. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve done most of them. Alas in my final hours as a civilian I contemplate them alone… (well on tumblr). I find it interesting that of all the things I could I be I am chose to be here. It’s not a bad thing, just some food for though. Anyways I really hope that I can survive basic training and everything that is about to occur in this drastic. If you see this and have any advice please be kind enough to let me know of it. The more the merrier they say, right? Well I guess I should plan what exactly i’m going to do this last weekend as a civilian.  Later with Love.
